Personal accident insurance for groups

When you buy a personal accident insurance, you will be issued an electronic Insurance Certificate. The electronic insurance certificate issued by HD Insurance has full legal value according to the provisions of Decree 52/2013/ND-CP dated May 16, 2013 of the Government on E-commerce. Using Electronic Certificates helps customers not have to store but can access certificate information and insurance benefits on https://e-certificate.hdinsurance.com.vn.

You do not need a health check

You can buy insurance online on HD Insurance’s website or contact HD Insurance directly.

Your insurance shall take effect at commencement date stated on the insurance contract.

No, premium shall not change during the insurance period.

In addition to insurance premium, you will not have to pay any other fees or charges to participate in insurance.

You cannot change your insurance benefits during the insurance period. You can only make changes at the time of contract renewal with acceptance by HD Insurance.

No, this insurance policy only covers accidents that occur during the insurance period.

You can contact our TPA or Claim Settlement Service listed on the Insurance Certificate for instructions on collecting claim documents for each specific case. Or, you can read the provision for claim documents specified in the Insurance Wording.

HD Insurance is responsible for resolving insurance claims within 15 days from the date HD Insurance receives full set of valid claim files unless otherwise agreed.

In the event of an insured event, insurance benefits are paid in following order of priority:
– The insured person;
– Designated beneficiary;
– The Insured’s legal heir in case there is no designated Beneficiary;
– Authorized person.

If during the insurance period you want to terminate the insurance contract prematurely, you must notify HD Insurance in writing/email 30 days in advance from the date of your intention to terminate. HD Insurance will refund 80% premium corresponding to the remaining insurance period provided that no claims have been paid under this insurance contract.

HD Insurance shall base on compensation rate to decide your renewal rate on next year, premium may be increased or decreased accordingly or limit some terms and conditions.
